Tiffany Lucas

Tiffany Lucas MAICD is the founder and director of TEL Consultants. Tiffany is a strategic advisor who is passionate about advancing organisations that make Australia a great place to work, live and play. Her career has spanned commercial legal practice (in the US and Australia), arts management and consulting. 

Tiffany has particular expertise in developing and implementing revenue accretive commercial and philanthropic strategies.  She assists clients in setting vision, creating strategy, ensuring good governance, campaign planning, Board engagement, team building, staff training and development, creating major gift programs and driving business efficiencies.  

Additionally, Tiffany provides expert advice to a variety of non-profit businesses on commercial contracts, contractual negotiations, employment matters, structuring arrangements and other general commercial issues.  

Tiffany regularly presents at conferences, facilitates workshops and delivers webinars on arts fundraising.

She’s also actively involved on non profit boards in the arts and health sectors. Tiffany is a Director and Vice-President of Arts Project Australia, Director and Secretary of Dancehouse Inc., Director of TEDxMelbourne, and Secretary of the Auxiliaries Executive Committee at the Royal Children’s Hospital. She’s also a founder and convenor of the Development Professionals Network Victoria (DPNV) a professional association for arts and culture fundraisers.
